The Sequencer 2596C centers axial components and jumper wires in a predetermined pattern and tapes them onto a sequenced components can be stored or placed on a separate insertion machine. The sequencer is a modular system that can process up to 200 separate component values. It's high-speed rotary dispensing heads sequence up to 25,000 components per hour. Optional expanded range verifier reduces the possibility of inserting defective, reversed polarity, or out-of-sequence components. Part presence sensing ensures the availability of every component in the correct sequence. Optional optical refire compensates for components missing from packaging. Body centering assembly accurately secures both symmetrically and nonsymmetrically shaped components throughout the centering and taping process. Optional jumper wire dispense station with stepper motor control provides reliable, accurate wire feeders. High-speed rotary dispensing heads reliably deliver components to the sequence chain. All operator controls are located on a single panel for efficient operation. Tape hubs are independent of each other and require no tools change reels.
